Gift certificates may be arranged by phone, fax or email and can be delivered by post or couriers as required at cost. Gift certificates are available for all treatments and products. All Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.


We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can familiarize yourself with our salon/spa facilities. A locker will be allocated for your personal belongings and we provide robes, slippers and towels. Health questionnaires must also be completed before your treatment.


Bookings are essential for all treatments. Credit card details or a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using Gift Certificate, please quote your Certificate number at the time of booking and present your Certificate upon arrival.


Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A no-show will incur a 100% loss of deposit fee and if using Gift Certificate for deposit then that Gift certificate will be void. Arriving late will unfortunately lessen/cut into the time of your treatment.


We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa and Eftpos for treatments and products over $20.00.

– Monday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm (5pm-7pm are via appointments only in Summer)

– Thursday – Friday 9am – 9 pm

– Saturday 9am – 5pm

– Sunday 10am – 5pm
